Payments are made using a GoCardless Direct Debit Mandate.: You’ll be notified by email at least 3 days in advance of each new payment being taken. This debit will only be taken when the job is done. 

Our Water Fed Pole systems pump purified water from a tank, which enhances window cleaning results due to removing accumulated dust and grime from your windowpanes. Because of the purification of the water we use, we can clean your windows without adding solid particles on them during the cleaning process, which benefits your windows with a soft, but cleaner finish.

When ordinary tap water is used to wash the glass on windows and then left to dry naturally, you are them left with white streaky lines on the panes of glass. These streaky marks are left there because of the impurities in the tap water. We use Water Fed Pole systems alongside completely pure water which means there will be no streaks left on your windows, leaving them to dry completely clean.

By default, we typically use the water-fed pole method for cleaning. That said, we are more than happy to accommodate the traditional squeegee and bucket method if preferred. Please note, however, that this approach requires additional time and often involves the use of ladders, which may result in an extra charge.
